Digital Access Pass Terms

1. Tiers and supply

Each model’s collection has 5,900 Digital Access Passes across six tiers: Entry, Society, Signature, Runway, Icon and Gold Couture. Each tier’s supply, price and benefits are published with the collection.

2. Access benefits and model availability

Each pass gives only the benefits listed for its tier at the time of purchase. Live streams, messaging and other interactions depend on the model’s availability and are not guaranteed at any specific time. If a model leaves FiveNine, benefits that depend on her content or participation end, and the pass remains yours as a collectible.

3. Delivery

A pass is delivered to your wallet immediately after payment. Sales are final from delivery, as set out in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.

4. Resale

Passes may be resold on supported third-party marketplaces, subject to those marketplaces’ terms. A resale royalty of 7.5% of the sale price applies to each resale. FiveNine does not operate those marketplaces and does not guarantee that a resale market will exist or that a pass will hold any value.

5. Your wallet

You are responsible for your wallet and its recovery phrase. Transfers on a blockchain are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed by FiveNine. FiveNine cannot recover passes sent to the wrong address or lost through a compromised or lost wallet. FiveNine will never ask for your recovery phrase.
